The app collects nothing.
No account, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, no crash reporting service. That is the whole policy for the app, and most of this page only spells out what it means. This website is the one place anything is counted at all, and the last section says exactly what.
Your token and your instance address
The API token is stored in the device keychain. The instance address is stored alongside the app's other settings on the device, since it is not a secret. Both are only ever sent to the instance they belong to, over the connection you configured.
Your data stays between you and your instance
The app talks to your own Coolify instance and nowhere else. There is no server of ours in the loop, so the developer never sees your instance, your resources, your logs, or anything else.
What is kept on the device
The last sync is cached so the dashboard is not empty when you open the app offline. The Pro Insights keep their own history on the device as well. All of it lives on your device and is removed when you delete the app.
Log analysis runs on device
The Pro log analysis reads a failed build and explains it on your iPhone or iPad. No log line is sent anywhere for it, and there is no third-party service involved.
Purchases
Coolpanion Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store. The app asks StoreKit whether this Apple Account owns Pro and stores the answer in the device keychain. The developer receives no payment details and no personal information beyond Apple's own anonymous sales reports.
Demo mode
The demo runs on fictional data built into the app. It contacts no address at all.
Notifications
Notifications are produced on your device, by a background refresh that queries your own instance. There is no push server, so nothing about them passes through a third party.
This website
It sets no cookies. Page views are counted by Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool I host myself at plausible.coolify.kloude.fr. It records the page, where you came from, and a coarse country, device and browser. It stores nothing in your browser, and it builds no profile that follows you from one site to the next. The figures stay on my server: no third party sees them. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark preference, if you use the toggle in the header.
