Privacy Policy

Coolpanion collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party SDKs, no crash reporting service. That is the whole policy, and the rest of this page only spells out what it means.

Your token and your instance address

Both are stored in the device keychain. They are only ever sent to the instance they belong to, over the connection you configured.

Your data stays between you and your instance

The app talks to your own Coolify instance and nowhere else. There is no server of ours in the loop, so the developer never sees your instance, your resources, your logs, or anything else.

What is kept on the device

The last sync is cached so the dashboard is not empty when you open the app offline. That cache lives on your device and is removed when you delete the app.

Demo mode

The demo runs on fictional data built into the app. It contacts no address at all.

Notifications

Notifications are produced on your device, by a background refresh that queries your own instance. There is no push server, so nothing about them passes through a third party.

This website

It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It is a handful of static files.
